Based out of our client's head office in Parramatta, you'll manage and coordinate care services, build lasting connections with clients, and play a key role in growing a high-performing home care business. You'll oversee the delivery of care for up to 70 clients, lead a team of around 20 support workers, and help expand services in your area through community engagement and client onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Client Care & Oversight - Coordinate and review tailored care plans that deliver genuine value and positive outcomes. Team Leadership - Lead, coach, and support your team of carers to consistently deliver high-quality service. Sales & Growth - Build new relationships through networking, community outreach, and client conversion. KPIs & Performance - Meet and exceed individual and team goals for client growth, service quality, and efficiency. Admin & Compliance - Maintain accurate documentation, manage rostering, and ensure service standards are met. What We're Looking For Experience in aged care, disability services, or community care (formal qualifications not required). Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A KPI-driven mindset, you enjoy achieving goals and seeing results. Confidence to build relationships and promote services you believe in. Full working rights in Australia. Previous experience with Home Care Packages (HCPs) is an advantage, but not essential. What's On Offer Competitive base salary plus commission for new client sign-ups.
